Terms of use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms apply whenever you use Smart One on iPhone or iPad. By using the app you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it.
A player, not a provider
Smart One is a media player. It comes with no channels, films, series or playlists, and we sell no IPTV subscriptions. To watch anything you add a playlist from a provider you chose yourself. We have no tie with any provider and do not check, host or control what they stream.
Your playlists, your responsibility
Only add playlists you are legally entitled to use, from a provider that holds the rights to what it streams. You alone are responsible for what you play, download or cast with Smart One, and for respecting copyright and the laws of your country. Never use the app to reach or spread pirated content.
Free and Smart One Premium
The Free plan includes one playlist and shows ads. Smart One Premium adds unlimited playlists, collections and “Download season”, and removes every ad. Single films and episodes can be downloaded on both plans. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Collections you created stay usable if Premium ends; adding another playlist or creating a collection then needs Premium again.
Subscriptions and billing
Smart One Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, paid through your Apple ID. It renews at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends, in the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. If an offer includes a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules. After a reinstall or on a new device, tap “Restore purchases”.
Downloads
Downloads are copies of films and episodes from your own provider, for watching offline inside Smart One on this device and for your personal use only. Download only what your provider allows. A download needs free space and may stop if your provider refuses it; we can't promise that a given title will download.
Scores
Scores, line-ups and other match data come from a third-party service and are for information only: they may be late, incomplete or wrong. Smart One provides no match streams; “Watch” only searches your own playlist. The app never offers betting.
Support
Support is here to help you with the app. Please be courteous, and only share information you are allowed to share. You can have 2 open tickets at a time and send 3 messages in a row before we reply. We answer as fast as we can but can't promise a delay, and we can't repair your provider's service or account. We may close tickets that are abusive, off-topic or ask us to find content.
Chromecast and other devices
Casting works with compatible Chromecast and Google TV devices on the same Wi-Fi as your phone. Some video formats can't play on Chromecast, and your provider may refuse streams on a second device. Chromecast and Google TV are trademarks of Google LLC; Smart One is not made or endorsed by Google.
Fair use
Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app; don't get around Premium or the ads; don't overload or attack our servers, including the settings and support servers; and don't use Smart One for anything illegal. We may refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.
Apple's standard terms
Smart One is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies together with these terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support and has no duty to maintain it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
No warranty
Smart One is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running, but we don't promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, that every stream, guide or download will work, or that it fits a particular purpose. Where the law allows, all implied warranties are excluded.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data, or for anything caused by your provider, its content or its servers. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Smart One Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes consumer rights that the law does not let us exclude.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the date at the top shows the current version. Using Smart One after a change means you accept the new terms.
